Her background is in graphic design and media, and she is a graduate of the Limerick School of Art & Design. She has worked as a fashion and travel writer, and wrote a lifestyle column in a local newspaper for 14 years covering fashion, craft and design.

Co-Founder of Limerick Food Group
Having worked in marketing and communications roles for restaurants and festivals (such as the Cornstore Group, ‘Love Gourmet Week’, ‘Culture & Chips’), in 2015 Olivia launched the ‘Eat in Limerick’ food guide and blog at eatinlimerick.ie
She is co-founder of Limerick Food Group, a voluntary non-profit that works to promote local food producers and Limerick as a quality food destination. They run the annual Pigtown Food & Culture Festival (pigtown.ie), Limerick Chowder Championship, Urban Food Fest and more.
